My experience with this office was mixed. The doctor was personable and felt like she was listening. however, a front-desk employee was VERY abrasive when I called to make the appointment, wore her mask like a chinstrap, and had a shouting match with another patient over the phone in a way that absolutely disregarded privacy concerns. (shouting the person's last name, and reading off appointment history can't possibly be HIPPA compliant.) The charting is absolutely sketchy. " was discussed" on things that absolutely didn't come up during the appointment - I'm sure it's a default check-box. I got a chart update, and it said "you spoke with on 2/4/2022" which is absolutely NOT the case. I'm uneasy with having notes in the chart about things that did not happen. I'm hesitant to try calling b/c of the desk staffer with bad protocol and a bad attitude.

Dr. Fernandez is such a pleasure to have as a Endocrinologist. About 9 years ago this vibrant and young doctor walks into the room I was in. She introduced herself and I knew at that moment I had found the doctor I had needed on my team of doctors. She is empathetic, caring; listens to my questions and concerns. She is also very knowledgeable of new technologies there are to maintain my Diabetes. She gets things done with out any reminders. The staff there are super friendly and her Medical Assistant Rosa is always on top of her game. I honestly wish all doctor's offices were ran like theirs. Thank you guys!

Dr. Fernandez is the absolute best. I used to see her in Hackensack but when she moved to Glen Ridge, I followed. She's very warm and engaging; she knows her stuff and is always looking to implement a care plan that makes sense for you as a patient. The facilities are clean and the nurse is great as well. I was able to get an appointment here when everywhere else was booked for months. There is a longer than usual wait on the phone however, once it was my turn, they took ALL of my information and booked my appointment. They set me up in the app as well. The Dr called me personally on the day of the app due to a snow day and I was rescheduled. When I went into the office, it was neat, clean, and properly spaced. The nurse or MA who prepped me for the appt was exceptional. Dr Fernandez was extremely knowledgeable and kind. She explained everything and gave all possible situations and scenarios. I felt that all of my concerns were heard and addressed.

Dr. Fernandez has put up with me and my anxiety filled questions since I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease. She has great energy and is extremely sweet. Prior to meeting with her I was extremely nervous, but she made me feel relaxed and like everything can and will be fixed. Great doctor!
