Batsheva L. “Eva” Bane, CNM, is board-certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board, focused on wellness-oriented midwifery care, emphasizing health education, informed decision making and patient-centered care. Eva’s interest in science, and passion for human interaction and connection, led her to pursue a career in healthcare. She chose midwifery specifically because she takes pleasure in offering and creating a safe space for patients and their families to feel empowered to make informed and educated reproductive decisions.

Eva received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from New Jersey City University, in Jersey City, NJ and later completed her Master of Science in Nursing in Nurse-Midwifery at Frontier Nursing University, in Hyden, KY. She began her career in maternal child health, spending time in both critical and routine postnatal care. As a certified nurse midwife, she has the privilege of caring for families during formative years, and cares deeply about the health and wellness of the community she serves.

When not caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, reading and traveling.
