Dr. Brelvi has amazing depth of knowledge in his specialty, and a great personality for putting patients at ease. In my case, I had a Whipple operation as a cure for a precursor to pancreatic cancer at a big-name New York cancer hospital in 2007, but as follow-up they wanted to remove the rest of my pancreas, which would have made me completely dependent on insulin. Following Dr. Brelvi's instructions I still have my pancreas, and using the drugs prescribed by him have an almost normal life.
